A Returns Form can be provided with every delivered purchase. If you wish to return an item to mjweddingstore, simply contact us by email and we will send a form to you, fill out the form and send it back with your item. We recommend you use recorded delivery for any items sent back in case they go missing in the post.
Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases from MJweddingStore please return it to us within 14 days. (See exceptions below). All items must be returned "as sold". Unworn, in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached. Sale items can only be exchanged for alternatives sizes or credit notes. Personalized items are not refundable unless faulty. Stockings/earrings are not returnable or exchanged due to hygiene issues. We regret that your carriage is not refundable.
Faulty Goods: We try to ensure that all goods supplied from MJweddingStore are of the highest quality. However if your item is fault, please fill in the provided form and return along with the faulty item. You will be requested to state the nature of the fault and whether you would like either exchange or refund.
Exceptions to our returns policy are: made to order, special order or bespoke items and includes items which have been dyed.
Please note that as all Joyce Jackson veils are hand made to order and can take up to 3 weeks to be despatched. We are happy to refund on single items ordered but as these are ordered to your own specifications multiple orders cannot be accepted.
To return an unwanted item, contact us as soon as possible with your intent, by phone or email, then simply complete the returns form and enclose it with the returned goods to the address below. We recommend you return your goods using an insured delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
We are happy to exchange or refund most items, providing they are returned to us unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We are happy to extend this return time for International returns to within 21 days of receipt, contact us as soon as possible with your intent so we know to expect your item(s).
Refunds shall be for the cost of the unwanted goods returned and will be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase within 30 days of us receiving them. You are responsible for both the cost and safe return of the goods. We regret we are unable to refund postage and packing costs unless the goods are found to be faulty or sent in error. If your order qualified for free postage and is returned as unwanted or unsuitable, we reserve the right to deduct the postage and packing costs.
Should you wish to exchange an item please contact us as soon as possible so we can quickly and efficiently provide a suitable alternative. 1st exchanges, up to a maximum of 1 pair are sent free of charge within the UK. Subsequent exchanges will incur additional postage at your expense. Overseas exchanges will be charged at the standard applicable rate.
It is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of any goods. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if an item is returned unsuitable for resale. In this case we would arrange for the goods to be returned to you at your expense.
Tiaras, Headwear and Jewellery
Any item that you wish to return must be delivered back to mjweddingstore with 14 working days from the day you receive your delivery. It must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. It is at the sole discretion of mjweddingstore. whether the merchandise has been used or if items are still in a saleable condition. Items that are returned in non-salable condition will be immediately sent back to the customer.
We cannot always guarantee availability of our sale items due to the limited sizes and styles. Please note that all sale items have either been discontinued, are samples or ex display where marks may be present and have been priced accordingly. This should in no way be viewed as a fault as the item is still fit for purpose. Please follow our returns procedure
Damaged items will be replaced with the same item only. Damaged items will not be refunded. mjweddingstore merchandise is quality checked and carefully packaged, however occasionally the postal service will handle a package roughly and the contents become damaged. In this case we will happily replace the item. (At times some customers have damaged items they don't like seeking a refund. We will not refund damaged items, we only replace them with the same item at our expense).
