Delivery Details

All domestic orders from store are dispatched using Royal Mail, which require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Delivery within mainland UK is a fixed cost of £4.99 per order. Most orders will be delivered by next working day if you order before 2pm, but please allow up to 2 working days for your delivery.  You will be sent an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched with tracking information. Royal Mail will also contact you by Email and SMS to confirm your delivery window. (This service is only available to UK mainland customers.) Royal Mail working hours are between 8am - 6pm. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are NOT classed as working days. For Saturday deliveries there is an additional cost of £4 within the UK Mainland . Please contact us on 0191 211 688 to arrange a next day delivery service on a Friday for a Saturday delivery.

Any delivery timescales are provided as an estimate and are subject to stock availability. In the event an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.  Please note we will be unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched
Please note, we cannot be held liable for any delivery delays caused by strikes, weather or events beyond our control.

Delivery of orders to Europe will be between 3-8 working days
Please contact us for International delivery.

Some orders from suppliers will require making and can take longer and may be dispatched using other courier services.

Special Cases

Shoes
These can take up to 2 weeks to be made unless stock available.
For orders of 2 pairs, especially for comparison purposes, we will contact you prior to despatch and will be delighted to advise on style and sizing to help you order with confidence. It is our policy to ship a maximum of 2 pairs per order for comparison purposes as we want you to order with confidence. If you are struggling to narrow down your choices please let us help, we have years of experience and product knowledge to guide you to your perfect shoe... and remember 1st exchanges are sent free of charge up to a maximum of 1 pair. Volume orders may incur additional postage charges.

Veils
These are handmade to your own requirements and can require up to 4 weeks to despatch.

Tiaras
These are handmade and can require up to 3 weeks to despatch.
